How to Order
Ordering with us is totally safe & secure and we use all our own independent
servers in a secure data centre unlike most surf shops online who share systems.
Once you have chosen to buy an item simply click on the 'buy now' button. Keep
adding items until you have finished shopping and then click on the 'view basket'
button to review your purchases and make any alterations. Then click on 'checkout'
where you will be asked for your payment information.
You can pay by Debit Card, or Credit Card for all our online transactions.

Delivery
For the United Kingdom we aim to deliver your goods within 14 working days,
however sometimes this may not occur for up to 39 days and is dependent stock
levels. Pure Surf Shop delivers to all mainland UK addresses.
Please remember that most orders require a signature on receipt. *We will make
every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the above times but there
may be times when this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
We can take orders from Military Personnel, Outer UK Islands and all International
destinations. These orders outside mainland UK will be sent via normal postal
service or appropriate other services and maybe be subject to additional postage
charge. If an international (outside UK ) orders please contact us via email
for up to date postage charges.
Our standard delivery charge is dependent on the item.
If your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will contact you.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused
and in the original condition (tags attached) within 3 days of the delivery date.
Please state if you require a refund or an exchange. No refund can be given if
goods are returned after this 3-day period (received in our office). We regret
that we cannot refund postage costs unless the item you are returning is faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for any items sent back to us until they
are received by us. For this reason we recommend you use an insured method such
as recorded delivery to return items.
